Spas are great if you do a little research... chemical peel are good if done properly. I would recommend you speak near the esthetician that will do the treatments to know if you feel comfortable.
I trust my dermatologist for microdermabrasion and chemical peel. I was told the doctors hold the better/stronger microdermabrasion machines. Don't know if that is a reality but I feel better going on for having an MD working on my obverse.
