Anybody have any pure remedies to get rid of headache like tea or acupuncture or something!

i have hear of an ayurvedic treatment .its bala oil. its vry effectiv..or pranayam nd yog ; Sometimes caffeine repeal causes headache. A green tea would give you plenty caffeine to avoid this type of headache without making you consistency wired.
I take Advil pills if the agony of the headache cannot be helped. But most of minor headache go away when I whip a nap or shower. try a breathing exercise call anulom vilom. a video clip of how to do it is on swami ramdevs website.
