Problems next to sleep prescriptions?
My doctor prescribed Ambien 12.5 for my years long sleeping problem. Has anyone out there have any adverse effects from this?
Answer: I've been taking Ambien for in the region of 8 months, and have have tremendous results, with no side affects whatsoever. I find that if I transport the pill, and get into bed, inside a half hour, I'm asleep. I pilfer the 10 mg dose. The 12.5 mg is a controlled release which gives you a second dose 4 hours after you transport it.
Hope this helped.
I hold heard that Ambien can motive sleepwalking, moderate to severe depression and suicidal thoughts. Sorry I don't have a trellis reference for this. No. . and I'm a manic depressive, you would estimate it would have side affects. If you're that worried, try adjectives the pill in partly, and just cart half the pill at first. That's what I did when I first started taking them, works basically as well.
Taking ambien made my mouth and mouth feels funny. Sort of tingly. And it did zilch to help me sleep. Have you tried melatonin? I enjoy tried everything for a sleep disorder and nothing works to put me to sleep unless it's to craft me comatose for two days, which is acceptable. The melatonin and 1 or 2 benadryl put me to sleep better than any prescription drug have. happy dreaming!
