paracetamol is one and the same thing as Tylenol. Read the Tylenol bottle for max. dosage. (assuming is indistinguishable mg strength). I asked for acetamenophen/tylenol in the UK while on time off at the pharmacy. The pharmacist said that in the US the brand baptize is Tylenol. Looked it up....they were right.
