I know that to help prevent UTIs from starting you can embezzle cranberry juice, vitamin C and put away yogurt, but can too much of them cause UTIs instead of mortal helpful?

Answer:    Take a cup of organic-unsweetend yoghurt near active microbes culture daily.

Take vitamin C - buffered form, 500mg three times day after day.

Cranberry juice - drink 1-2 ounces of pure, unsweetened liquid a day.
Cranberry and yogurt will readjust the body's tang to prevent and/or cure a UTI, as long as there is no sugar within either product. Sugar feed a UTI. These foods won't cause UTIs. But too much sugar surrounded by any form will.
