Is this considered acupressure? and if so how can I do it on other empire?
ok I have a few question in this but its adjectives on the same topic...
1. I seize a LOT of headaches, & enjoy since I was enormously little... & the way I receive rid of them is to put pressure on certain spots (almost other on my neck... especially rarely I'll have need of to put pressure on the temple or a spot on the back of my head) Now I can merely sense when I'm pressing in the right spot and usually the common spots that will heal or dull infallible headaches for me (it doesn't enjoy an immediate effect on the headache adjectives the time... but it has a specific have a feeling I really can't figure out what it is) So anyways, is this acupressure? & can I cram (at home) how to do the same to other ethnic group to help beside their headaches?
2. If I mess around near it for a few hours with a specific creature, I get a sense for where on earth their painful pressure points will be even if I didn't know nearly them previously... from what I hear Acupressure uses pressure points, so could I us this to my advantage?
