I tried hypnotherapy for awhile and I really could put in the picture a difference. Plus it was sooo relaxing if you enjoy an open mind for that concerned of stuff. I couldnt afford it anymore, though. It was 50 bucks a session and I have already been smoking for 12 years.
And this be after I had tried the patch, the pill, the gum (discusting! btw), and even some horrid stop smoking tea I found in some isle of Fred Meyers... anyway, I enjoy a few friends who have completely quit taking that Chantrix pill and they said it didnt disturb thier sleep or craft thier stomachs upset. Its supposed to block a certain receptor to the brain that nicoteen stimulates - I am going to ask something like it and try it out myself.
PS - my grandma says she is still a smoker, she a moment ago hasnt smoked in 25 years. She other tells me, a moment ago tell yourself youre a moment ago going to wait 5 minutes and preoccupy yourself. If you still want one, jump have one. But you will be suprised at how long you can jump when you feel resembling you are rewarding yourself rather than depriving yourself (ie, I cant believe I go ten whole hours!)
