Answer:    I use a natural melatonin building fruit drink. Works great, I sleep very well and wake recharged everyday.
Don't use sleeping pills. They don't fix the problem, don't give you a proper night sleep and you can get addicted to them I hold trouble sleeping all the time. I drink a banana before I move about to bed and sleep like a newborn. Pills didn't work with me.

sleeping pills are great to help you decline asleep but do not fix the problem tehy really only receive you addicted and once you've been taking them for a while and a dark comes where you don't hold any then you really wont be capable of sleep try drinking night time tea it help me it doesn't put me down like asleeping pill would but it definatley help me relax enough to dribble asleep also try reading a book a playing sudoku i personally do sudoku im to picky next to books. and if your like me who think reading and stuff like i.e. boring then its a right thing end in youll get tired from the boredom Don't be in motion for over the counter sleeping pills, u will get addicted. Go fluently and try home remedies.
-Take a glass of milk, sweetened near honey (with or without a pinch of nutmeg) every darkness half an hour previously bedtime.
