I have 3 table spoons 4 hours ago and I just took another 2. It says not to lift more doses until 6-8 hours? Should I be worried or get help? My stomach feel weird but that could just be me exadgerating because I'm woried.

Yeah take it every 4 hr. U can also alternate the Motrin and Tylenol every 3 hrs. But u can't do that by just taking one or the other. Only both.
