Acai Berry and tiredness?
I started taking Acai Berry supplements last week (got at GNC not one of the "free trials") The last few days I'm really really tired. I do notice my cravings hold subsided but not sure I can deal with the tiredness. Is this from the cleansing effects? Any one else have this while taking Acai? How long does it ultimate?
Thank you
Answers: That is very strange. Most of the people I've talked to own said that they feel more energy from it. There is a possibility that you may be allergic to it and that's what is causing your fatigue... but it could also be because you're not consumption as much (with the appetite suppression).
There are a couple good ways to find out which way it was is. First, deduce about when you started taking it... how long did it take to feel tired? Was it in a day or within a week? If it was right away, it be probably an allergy... if it took a few days, that could be lack of food. Also, a great way to find out if it's an allergy is to stop taking it. Allergic reactions transpire when you are exposed to the allergen and commonly pass shortly after they are gone. If you feel better within a couple days, it be probably an allergy... if it takes a few days (more time after you have your appetite back), then it be probably lack of food.
Try eliminating it and see how it goes for you... lately pay attention to when you stop and when you get your energy spinal column. Oh, and get plenty of sleep and water to help it seize out of your system quicker (if it's an allergen), just in case. Good luck! Don't retribution for Acai berry...the results are greatly exaggerated and the company is in the process of being sued by Oprah, etc. It's a healthy fruit, but not as on top form as a number of other, cheaper substitutes and "Dr. Oz" has regretted mentioning it.

Where can I attain salvia and is..
As far as I can tell, here are no proven weight loss benefits from the acai berry, juice, or capsules. It does come across to be a great supplement (I take it, but don't sell the stuff!) and is full of anti oxidents, which help prevent mischief to your body. But that's what you should take it for, not weight loss or fat burning.
The acai berry itself is an amazing article - has a lot of anti oxidents etc and is really good for you.
But there's nil really to suggest in scientific terms that it help with weight loss.
And there are profoundly of scams out there, be careful where on earth you buy it from!
I take it, and I think I feel in good health and better. But it's not some type of magic formula, sorry.
You can buy it in different forms - juice, capsule, etc. Or as a powder which you can add to other juices or smoothies.
You can buy it online, but be careful. Lots of sites selling it own a "free offer" thing, but to get it you have to sign up to a programme which sends you the stuff every month and bills you huge sums of money. Personally, I wouldn't buy from a website which is a company I've never hear of, there are too many scam artists in the business. If you are looking on-line, individually I'd go for a company which sells more than just one point, and has a range of supplements or juices, they are more promising to be in it for the long term and not ripping you off.
You can also buy it within local health food shops, do a search for ones near you. I've bought it from Amazon, and from Holland and Barrett, which is a UK vigour food shop. Source(s): http://hubpages.com/hub/Is-it-a-superfoo...
