Achilles tendinitis surgery, is there an alternative?
I hold Achilles Tendinitis and was wondering if anyone out there have had the surgery and weather it made any difference, or is there an alternative that works, because I hold done the injections drugs, ice you name it.
Answer: Well, here's what I did...beside the Doc. advise.Have you exercised the area? Did you roll a towel and put it within the arch of your foot and pull your toes up and towards you? Stand on a safe nouns and let the heel rest over a curb or sidewalk and raise your body up and down beside the front of your feet. put a tennis ball below your arch and roll it around. Get some good arch supports, and never go barefooted. I have 2 cortisone shots in the bottom of my feet and they eventually get better. I wish you luck, it's painful, but, in a minute with the things I have used as mentioned I am doing so much better.hope you draw from some good answers and I hope mine has help as well.
