I have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder. I am worried however just about taking adderall and its side effects, but I really need to find something to help me with my studying. If you know of another "remedy" could you please educate me, especially if it has worked on yourself.

Answers:    Here in australia, the medication prescribed is call Ritalinin. It contains a small amount of amphetamine. Just enough to allow the brain to keep stride with the speed of the body. I have been prescribed a small level of speed as appetitetite depressant forty years ago. It worked well and I did not have any side effects. I doubt that you would with what you enjoy from your precription, either. Again, for a boil I had back consequently. Doctor cautined me as to that fact and that I mean feel funny. I didn't. It worked resourcefully. Speed was particularly developed during the war to hold on to soldiers alert while on duty. Air craft pilots ae allowed to have it for the same reason, so I am told.

I don't believe your Adderall is going to be a remedy, but it should be a big give a hand. If anything, during lectures. You will be focussed onto the topic instead of having your mind wander. One of the doctors I used to consult, (retired now) told me that he used to take speed at uni because of adjectives the studies and books they had to get through, he would never have be able to do it unless he could keep himself alert.

Just consider yourself lucky that you will have the benefits and medical supervision to boot.
