How can we stop the restless legs sydrome and any herbals piece can stop it?? for my 67 year ripened dad...?

when my dad lay down to sleep his legs shakes like crazy and he had to get up and rub it down his legs ... anything that can lend a hand to stop this??

Also, sunshine is very, very important as i.e. the only way that our body will absorb vitamin D.

definitely have him walk more. i own gotten it before when my legs dont get enough exercise. i'm not saw walk a mile but really make him go for a stroll. after a few days it should help.
Basically restless leg syndrome revolves around magnesium and vitamin B3 (which is part of the B complex of vitamins) being in short supply contained by your body.

Try to cut back on the B vitamin thieves such as coffee and tea and ditch the alcohol, sodas and soft drinks too (if you drink any of them) as not merely will they rob you of your B vitamins but they will also dehydrate you terribly.

Oher things that will rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins are :- stress, eating too much protein, eating too much tinned food, laxatives and diuretics, antiobiotics, antidepressants, penicillin, prednisone and aspirin, otc cold and flu medicine.... a diet high in processed sugar, processed salt, animal protein, soaked fat will all wash out your B complex of vitamins and leach the calcium and magnesium right out of your bones .... diuretics and alcohol will inhibit magnesium assimilation too
