I'm taking a multivitamin, should I be worried going on for megadoses?
I don't know if some vitamins in this supplement would be considered a "megadose." I do not wish to surpass tolerable upper intake levels of any nutrient.
Maybe someone more clued-up can look at this particular supplement and tell me if the dosages are harmful or ok to cart? Thanks so much in advance.

It's always a worry taking anything in suppliment form. Its other best to try using natural forms of nutrition. That would depend on your existing diet. Is it so bad you call for to megadose on vitamin supplements? Wouldn't it be easier, cheaper, and natural just to eat properly? You are freshly throwing money at Big Alt Med.

Yes I think its probably too much. It is injudicious to exceed RDAs and many ingredients shown in your link do. Regular excess doses of vitamin D can undeniably be dangerous.

The supplement that you are taking have "megadoses" of many of it's ingredients. It could actually be dangerous within some of the amounts that it contains.
Anything that says more than 100% for the daily recommended value is in fact considered a megadose because it's over what they recommend of the daily value for that supplement ingredient.
