Has anyone tried those exercises for perception growth? Do they really work or are basically a assignment?
There are a people who promise eye vision improvement a short time ago with exercises - but you have to buy their books, CD's or attend their seminar. I would like to know what you deliberate about it;

Scam.
Save your money.
I've heard of eye exercises that some people try, but based on closely of research I've done on them, there is no basis to say that it will upgrade your eyesight at all long-term. They do seem to really help for short-term impact, but when you stop doing the exercises, you stop getting the benefits, unfortunately.
As much as I wish I could say otherwise, goggles, contacts, or surgery are the only way to improve your eyesight.
I've be looking for other options for almost 20 years since I first had to get eyeglasses and I have found things that improve the health of your eyes (which can serve them from getting worse), but they can't make the actual visual acuity better. Most of them are natural herb (like Lutein, Bilberry, and Eyebright) and vitamins (A and E among others) that help maintain the health of the eye, but unhappily couldn't improve vision.
The main defence is because vision problems are a physical problem (the physical distance between the retina and lens), not a chemical problem that can be changed with drugs, herbs, or supplements :-( Source(s): Personal research, I'm a Product Specialist for a vitamin company, and I've be looking for a solution for almost 20 years
Oldtimekid2 lists some great herbs and warning. I do believe that there are things that can help at least some of us restore a bit of flexibility to the eye and thus regain some lost figment of the imagination that may have been caused not solely by aging but by spending far too much time focusing at a fixed length on a regular basis - such as staring at this darned computer screen. The effects or eye exercises, if any, may be slight - but I think that if nought else you can help ward off further vision loss near a combination of nutrition and eye exercises.
Instead of spending any money, you might want to check out this free article and give the exercises in it a try:

I have found that they made a difference for me instinctively, though certainly my arms are still too short for reading a book with fine print (on the other hand, I no longer have need of reading glasses for looking at the computer). Source(s): I am a natural health author, advise and researcher.
