Am I convincing myself that I stipulation these pills day after day?

I feel sick, if i dont take a couple of vicodin a day, I surface as if theres no harm in self inducing a snooze because I cant sleep, and I need to function through out the hours of daylight so i take an ambien and 3 valium plus the vicodin because i feel horrible if I dont have at lowest 2. and I think ive convinced myself that im an insomniac so i try and take 3 naps a afternoon, which means I have too take more pills. and i surmise my kids are noticing a difference, because my ex tells me that they think Im acting wierd and they assume something's wrong with me. I guess ive been a little depressed since my bestfriend died, but thats merely another excuse.
