Answers:
it relaxes your muscles. it also calms nerves.
absolutely ! Not to mention the relaxation of the body and muscles , but adjectives your body pour are being opened and cleaned with the hot hose,, it helps in the growth of new cell. However, it is also important to moisturize your body when finished, then the new cell that are growing will shine and have a healthy glow. I do my day after day showers in the mornings and then pamper myself next to a hot soaking bath in the evening, AT LEAST TWICE a week, and usually take a appropriate book along too :) ( and I'm 45 with very nice skin )

yes. it can relax you, help you sleep, relieve amalgamated pains, and help eliminate stress. :-)
beside me, yes. Without me...no
it can relax you, but it could make your skin dry
Definitely. It relaxes your muscles especially if you are sore from just hard work or strains and injuries. It also helps you sweat which removes toxins from your system and lots of unresponsive cells that have been clinging to your body even after you shower are easier to slough rotten. At the end of it you feel so much lighter.
