Can I drink an antihistamine near senna pods?

My dad's making me drink this herb called senna, well it's the water after you boil it. It taste disgusting if anyone here has drank it, it's a purgative, mixed with epsom salts.
Anyway, can I drink an antihistamine similar to allegra with it? Will there be any problems? I'm trying to avoid it but if my hives get fruitless I'm not sure what I'll do! Thank you.
