Adrenal Fatigue and Cortisol?
When people have adrenal fatigue,
and they get given cortisol to comfort it,
is it very likely for my adrenals to fully recover?,
and is nearby any way it can not help my adrenals?
thanks everyone for your opinion x
Answers:
Adrenal fatigue is often caused from being below too much stress and/or have poor nutrition. The adrenals produce and release cortisol for normal body functions and extra cortisol when under stress- until they attain "burned out." When this happens they grow bigger to try to meet the demands of stress. If the nutritional demands from this are not met, they will ultimately shrink and self-destruct.
B-vitamins, magnesium, vitamin C, potassium and most other vitamins can support the adrenals. Licorice root is also good if you don't enjoy high blood pressure.
They can be healed when you reduce your stress response and purloin in nutrients that support the adrenals.
It would probably help you read the information here about stress and vigour and how to deal with stress so you can help your body alleviate itself. There is a lot to read but really worth it.

Good luck.
Wow. If you are that well worn out I would be careful. I am nearby myself and am totally beat. So I know what you are going through right now. I don't know about Cortisol but I do know that I use two different adrenal support creams on a daily basis. I got a prescription from my Chiropractor though. I would recommend that you go find a Naturopath or someone who really understands roughly adrenal fatigue and knows how to do muscle testing to figure out what you necessitate.
