Panic attacks and headache?
About 4 months ago out of the blue I started having panic attacks. I don't know how to stop them. I tried acupuncture and chiropractor. They both seemed to product them not so severe and not as often but I can't seem to shake them. Ok I know im not dying, I know it's just contained by my head, I know that there is no reason for them. I know it's not a big do business. But I still have them, I try to talk myself out of it and it usually works but they just alarm the crap out of me. I get these really bad headaches day after day. I been trying not to go on antidepressants but its starting to look like an solely option. I been taking magnesium and a multivitamin for about a week, so far no nouns. Any suggestions?

Sinus Headaches:
