Is linseed grease still used for amalgamated throbbing?

This was mentioned on a movie over the weekend.
Answers:
Used to be they rubbed it in as a liniment - linseed oil is heated (as a preservative) flaxseed grease - and turns out that plenty of people take flaxseed oil (the nice you find in the cooler at health food stores now-a-days) as a supplement for arthritis.

You can find plenty of information about flaxseed grease and arthritis on th net, but as a general rule of thumb I suggest the liquid any year of the week over capsules (14 of the 1,000 mg capsules is equivalent to a tablespoon of oil, and you inevitability a tablespoon a day if you are 100 pounds or more)

I like to suggest fish oil to ethnic group as well. Again, plenty of inforamtion out there, but I suggest Carlsons or Nordic Naturals in the soft if you try it (and the latter is over priced between the two)
