Yes and no. Acai berry is very nutritious and contains a huge amount of elements that are good for your form. However that's the actual berry, the supplements based on it (which is what you would be buying) have a questionable benefit when it comes to weight loss.

Also one would think about they would have some sort of positive impact just based on the ingredients, as have been mentioned fda hasn't determined if it helps with solidity loss or not so take that as you will.

It does nothing, acai berries are just berries. They are no more beneficial to the human body than blueberries. Because they are alien and mysterious to Americans the corrupt supplement industry is exploiting everyone's ignorance and selling them as a magical weight loss pill. It sells primarily because they got a few high up women to shill for them. Don't waste your money on it.

1 - Call your doctor. Ask your Doctor if it is ok for you to take the pill. That alone will notify you that the Acai Berry itself is not a scam

2 - Call you local GNC or go to it. They now supply Acai Berry products. If your not happy, a moment ago return it!

4 - Just remember the acai berry is not a magic pill. You DO have to exercise. You do not need to guzzle that right. As long as you stick to an exercise plan while you take the acai berry you will be fine and will be seeing results within the first month.

Believe it or not, I have to largely agree beside Dave and William T - the acai berry weight loss products are by and large a scam. Though I totally disagree that the supplement industry as a whole is corrupt, and chew over it is actually less corrupt than the world pharma industry, it has its share of dishonourable individuals, companies and multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, as is true with any industry where profit and greed enter the picture - of late look at what happened with Wallstreet and all the cast-offs mortgage schemes!. I refuse to personally to promote or affiliate beside any product that is sold by MLM.

Acai is a great anti-oxidant and has proven health benefits, but I would articulate you could get just as many benefits and salvage quite a bit of money with pomegranate and blueberries. None of them are going to magically cause you to lose cargo though, as the only real way to lose mass is to burn more calories than you consume.
