Best OTC sleeping tablets? Please read and reply!?

I have tried working out all day, tried melatonin, tried sleepytime tea and melt milk. All of which help me go to sleep but I wake up contained by 3 hours and cant go back to sleep. Please I need suggestions on medicine that are designed to keep me asleep.

i have the same problems then a friend suggested a natural tablets that has worked for me. it is L-tryptophan. it encourages a positive mood, and promotes restful sleep. you can get it at your local vitamin store or pharmacist.
