How come when I run alpha lipoic sharp and n-acetyl cysteine it feel resembling its stuck within my throat?
I bought these pills that have milk thistle in it to help my liver but it also contains n-acety cysteine and alpha lipoic tart I know that when I take those two it feels like their stuck within my throat or something its not the first time that I feel like that when I take them. I know its not the milk thistle wreak Ive tooken it before and it doesnt feel like that on its own.

I suggest taking your pills near alot of water, after you get them down keep drinking hose down this will not only clear your throat, but it will also help the ingredients kick contained by faster.
