Does diet cranberry liquid work as economically as run of the mill cranberry liquid for urine infections?

i dont know for sure but i would think so.its just smaller number sugar in lite juices.i think adjectives the rest of the acids and whatever it is that helps are still there.

Stick with cranberry juice concentrate and not the mixed juice which have other juices & water which dilute its effect. I have never see the pure cranberry juice in diet form so you must be referring to the mixed juice type. The AZO pills are cranberry extract but I'm not sure they are as potent as the pure juice.

Seriously, skip the juice and go straight for the concentrated cranberry capsules. You will achieve a quick dose of cranberry immediately, and won't have to drink a ton of liquid. All of the pre mixed (store bought) cranberry juices are not effective against urinary infections because they contain sugar and sugar substitutes which are actually going to formulate your problem worse, not better. If you must drink cranberry juice, make sure that it is made from concentrate and does not contain large amounts of sugar.

If you progress the concentrated cranberry pill route, you will need to take 600 milligrams total three times a day for 7 days.

If you shift the juice route, skip the pre-mixed juices, including diet pre-mixed juices, and turn for a juice made from concentrate. You will need to drink 36 ounces of the juice a light of day to get enough cranberry to be helpful against your UTI.
