I can't swallow pills! What should I do?
I'm 14 and can't swallow pills :(
I want to like everyone else, but every time I try, I get really nervous and can not quite swallow at all! Can you even live as an adult without taking those kind of pills? Someone please tell me what I should do! :(

You can trick yourself by hiding it within a sandwich so you don't even notice it. Or mashed potatoes, because they are easy to swallow :)
Are you using fluid to swallow it with? And don't be scared or nervous, everybody take pills. It's not like they're dangerous or anything!
The easiest style to learn to swallow a pill is to place the single pill at the back of the throat. Keep your head adjectives without tilting it. Have a tall glass of hose or juice ready and start drinking big gulps without stopping even if you have an idea that the pill has been swallowed.
