Conventional western science base family doctor here.the best treatment is warm..almost hot compresses to the eyes 3 times a light of day for 10 minutes or so. That's it. If you are female, you should also avoid eye makeup/mascara...and probably should throw out your old ones as they may be contaminated.

It is greatly rare they need surgery or antibiotics. Ophthalmologists try and avoid the surgery, as it habitually leaves a scar that may affect your eyelids..
Have you tried conventional treatment? Conventional treatment works 90+% of the time.

Conventional treatment is warm compresses (warm cloth, melt teabag etc) over the eye lid for five minutes, repeated 3-4 times a day. If the chalazion does not resolve after at least 6 months, afterwards surgery is indicated..
They go away by themselves eventually. You could try warm compresses, but they didn't work for me. Mine disappeared in need me even noticing. I just feel one day and it wasn't there anymore. I have one of these annoying little things ages ago - I just used to bathe it next to water (warm) a couple of times a day using a cotton bud - it eventually disappeared.
Hope yours go soon..
