Amount of vitamins sheltered to transport?
This morning I took a B complex vitamin and a Multi Vitamin... It is now almost 5 at night is it okay for me to take a Vitamin B12 for a boost of punch?
Answers: Absolutely!
B Vitamins are water-soluble, so you can take them a few times throughout the day. However, if your body doesn't need the nutrition that they distribute, your body may not absorb it and it could pass out of your system unused. Because of that, B-12 really just boosts the liveliness if your body needs it.
You should be careful because taking too much of them too often can also result in an overdose... it just takes a lot to OD on the hose soluble vitamins. Taking the extra dose once a day shouldn't be a problem, though. Good luck and I hope I helped!
