Any naturopaths or anyone that have naturopathic experience?? i call for your assist?

i'm a seventeen year old female and about 3 years ago i started getting acne. i other thought it was bad but this year its been getting really severe similar to a rash of pimples all over my forehead. it really depresses me and i spend a lot of time crying and i repugnance even touching or looking at my face because it repulses me. i've been to the doctor and gotten antibiotics and they've not helped and i've be taking them for 4 months. i've stopped now. i've tried all of the over the counter drugs and face wash and NOTHING HELPS! home remedies do not do anything either. please i need your naturopathic advice on what do do roughly this, i'm really looking for a natural option. thank you so much.
Answers:    Yea.. I know the feeling. Here's my warning:

For a moisturiser, get some macadamia or almond oil and add a few drops of essential oil such as rosmary, lavender, lemon or whatever you like. Then, after washing your obverse, splash on cold water to close the pores. Put a few (you only need a tiny amount) drops of the grease mix on your hand and gently rub over your wet frontage. Leave to dry naturally. This is a factasic moisteriser; you'll never have to use creams again! :) If your face ends up too dry, use a moment or two more oil. If too oily, use less.

For a 2x each day wash this recipe is great:
Make up some strong chamomile tea. Mix with oatmeal, clay, honey, salt and a few drops of essential oil.
Really scrub this into your face when you first hop int the shower, leave on while you wash the rest of your body later wash it of with luke warm dampen.

Do a face mask once a week to really clean those pores out. Try mixing clay beside natural yoghurt, that's my favorite. Leave on until really dry before washing stale with warm water.

Before wash your face or doing a face mask, steam your obverse to open up the pores. Try putting fresh herbs such as sage or rosemary into a bowl of boiling water (or a herbal tea bag) and making a tent next to a tea towl. Even if you only have time for a few minutes over the steam this will make a difference.

Use tea tree grease on any open pimples.

Use rose hip oil on any flaky skin.

Put honey on all blemishes over dark.

Try not to use too much makeup. I know this is really hard because you want to cover up that ugly skin but it will aggravate it. Try finding a pure mineral makup (powder) that has no chemicals, or anything that might aggravate your skin, within it. You can just aply it over a moisturised face and thats it; don't use a thousand and one different products.

The pointers I just give you is exacly what I am using for my skin (I see a naturopath so I'm not just sucking this out of my thumb BTW) I do not do anything else to it. You can throw out all your products; just brand name your own! :) All the very best! Make sure you're eating healthy too...

Best ways to make less burdensome up..

Get Dr. Bronners tea tree grease soap. It is a liquid soap and a very small bottle will last a long time because it is concentrated. Wash next to it every morning and every night. If you feel you have to wear makeup, use that stripped minerals or some powder makeup, not that liquid gunk (which looks terrible on a young girl anyway). So within the first week, a lot of the pimples will come to a head, but within thirty days you will see it start to clear.

How long will weed stay within my..

First of adjectives I'm sure you are a beautiful girl and you will outgrow this sooner than you think.
Secondly everybody's a pizza face within High School and no one cares anyway - I'm sure no one care as much as you do about it.
But this might seem a bit too easy - but I own great results with white baby diaper creme on rashes and things. I've have skin conditions go immediately away on patients who have be seeing dermatologists and been on antibiotics for TWO YEARS with absolutely no expansion.
On the weekend just put it on your face, let it stay here until Sunday night and wash it totally off. You may be surprised how much it can give a hand! Source(s): PS: I think a little acne is cute in youthful girls! ha ha.
PPS: Ignore the fool above me, who didn't even take the time to read your question carefully.

Are in that any websites that deal..

Watch what you drink. Try not to eat any sugary foods or drink any 'colored' beverages, especially sodas with caffeine. Try not to eat fried foods or greasy foods It is not something that can be taken attention of with antibiotics. It's not a virus or any little varmits crawling under your skin. All the over-the-counter stuff or under -the-counter drugs will not stop your system from producing hormones and the hormones your body produces are supposed to relief you grow.
Start eating more fruits with citric acid surrounded by them, lemons, grapefruit, kiwi, Granny Smith apples.

How do I quit taking pills?

I personally used proactive (especially the mask) and have great results. I've also heard good things about sulfur soap which you could buy contained by a health food store or online. Drink half your body weight within filtered water every day, try to put away about half of your food in unprepared fruits and veggies. Avoid fried foods, processed foods and white flours. Totally avoid sugar in all forms (soda, sweets, sweet teas and drinks, etc.) Try to get 25-35 grams of fiber per sunshine. Some supplements that can be helpful are zinc (not more than 100mg per day), probiotics, Omega 7 by New Chapter, and anything to support the liver. There are good books out there approaching Prescription for Nutritional Healing and any of the skin health books by Dr Perricone. Source(s): http://www.mywholisticcoach.com/
