I mingy i am doing it cold turkey and it sucks all i can think about is the pills but i in recent times dont give myself access to any so other than that there is outpatient rehab or full blown rehab. you can also progress to the hospital and turn yourself in for detox and you will have to be in the hospital until you are done unless you choose to take off i guess
