Answers: As long as the coconut oil is unrefined and you don't eat more than a tablespoon a day, it's be found to actually have a beneficial effect on the thyroid and thus leads to consignment loss. I've eaten it for years and always maintained a nice amount. Grapefruit is one of those things I love, but doesn't always work with some people's stomachs.
