Are nearby any apposite over the counter sleeping pills out within?
i am taking an 18 plus hour flight, and i want to sleep most of the time! is there any good sleeping pills out there?
Answers: All the over the counter ones resembling unisom, Tylenol pm and simply sleep have the same ingredients diphenhydramine or doxylamine succinate. which are in Antihistamines (benadryl). That will build you sleep but it will leave you feeling sluggish and out of it when you wake up. They also enjoy something else more natural like and i cant remember what its called but it begin with a M. Well that stuff didnt make me tired at all. I prefer volume or Ambien when i wanna fly but u have need of a script for them. Good luck Source(s): I have insomnia and prefer to feel dutiful the next day when i wake up.
