Answer:    Peppermint tea works wonders, as does inhaling essential oil of peppermint..
ginger, and mints, tea is a worthy form. ginger is my favorite. I keep candied ginger around all the time (there is a Chinese candy that is to say very cheap and is very good). You can also steep ginger root for tea or a moment ago buy ginger tea at the health food store. I like ginger beer!! It help too.

Peppermint works too. Inhale or take as an enteric coated pill. Or drink as a tea. Keep some plants near your door for the scent and medicinal properties. Chinese essential herb help. Inhale, put on your temples, and relax.

Bentonite help if your stomach ache is from something you ate.. and enzymes help too. I put a relation to one product that I absolutely love. It helps greatly for stomach aches an nausea!!

be paid a warm finnel or chamomille tea which will shortly calm your stomach and if still occur drink won every 2 hours and it dosnt have to be hot but for best effect no sweetner ginger will help
it is best to draw from the fresh ginger root and finely slice it

if you are have trouble keeping anything down just smelling freshly made tea will help
