Ayurveda question?

i took the examination online to determine my dosha, the test results showed that i had 25% of pitta and kapha and vata 10%. so does it connote i have pitta dosha and i need to symmetry kapha and vata doshas? plz explain. thanks

Answer:    It means you hold a pitta dosha. Our doshas are permanent and we've had them since childhood. But adjectives three doshas are inside of us at all times. You need to numeral out which dosha is out of balance in command to fix it. Or they might not be out of balance at all. Although, they own recommendations for what type of food you should eat and which oil you should use now that you know your dosha. I hope this is making sense. Coconut oil is the most adjectives oil for pitta, but there is a choice. Hope that answers your question. Good luck!
