Back pain from a fall, looking for natural back pain treatment.?
I have a stupid fall yesterday that hurt my lower back. This morning I could barley bring out of bed. After walking around for a while it felt a little better, at lowest possible i could move around a little. I spent $75 at the chiropractor, now he tell me I need to see him a lot close to three times a week.
There has to be a better way. Any planning?
