Answers:    Some of the best things I have found to carry.
Butterfly sutures (for cuts, to hold them together)
[Johnson and johnson makes them, you can find them at okay stocked drug stores]
packets of neosporin (scrapes, cuts, etc)
those gel bandages for blisters (well worth the price, stay on for several days and after swimming)
and a small bottle of saline to flush wounds clean.you can buy three ounces bottles for contacts at walmart, etc. If its locked enough to go in the eye, it will be fine for cuts, etc.
[For when you dont hold access to running water]

I hold stone 8mm and my exam..

I purchased a really good book from barnes and nobles that had a section on what i needed to buy when i go hiking. you might want to try there. also there are a few websites that grant advice as to what you might need.

Are in attendance any colloquial treatments for..
