Answer:    Prescription for Herbal Healing by Phyllis Balch..
Yes! But I can't find it ... it's in some stored stuff. I've been wanting to check it for months. BUt I can give an account you where I found it. I went to Whole Foods (Clarke's may convey them too) or you can go to Borders online and search for a Homeopathic Remedies Encyclopedia. I hold 2 but the other one sucks and the one from Whole Foods was awesome. Most of the nutritionists at whole Foods use it so if you ask the nutri what she recommend it will most likely be this book. It's large and roughly 400 pages and it covers everything.
If you can't find it let me know and I'll see if I can procure pictures of it from Borders and identify it that way. I'll be unloading my shed soon and I know it's in within.

:-)
Peace y'all.
