Can we bring tablets beside coke?
Answers: Can you? Yes.
Should you? Probably not.
It depends on the medicine, but between the acidity, carbonation, and other chemicals in Coca-Cola, it would be better to of late use water to swallow the medicine, then drink Coke latter on. Some medicines also can be affected by the acidity contained by the Coke while it's in your mouth and going down your throat... the main problem would be that it might start breaking down in your throat (which may include getting caught within your throat... not good).
Personally, I don't like swallowing pills with anything carbonated because the carbonation tickles my mouth (which might make me not swallow right or want to cough/sneeze) and it could net me burp more (which is worse with things like Fish Oil and other bad taste stuff). I don't like taking them with thicker things (like milk) because it may not be fluid/slick enough to seize it all the way down the throat.

That is not a good idea, some medication will interact with the citric acid in coke.
