Can you take a current natural otc drug and create a new purpose for it?

I own found that a current natural over the counter drug handles a problem that it is not currently market for. Would I be able to set up a company and maybe do a combined venture with the company that produces the drug and repackage and souk it for a totally different purpose?

Answer:    Based on copyright laws, no. The only exception would be if you could trade name a really big deal with the company that sell it, but I highly doubt any "everyday person" would be able to receive that big of a deal, not to mention that they would probably just souk their product in that different way anyway (although they would hold to run tests and/or assays on it first).
You can always seize in contact with them and ask, but I doubt they would be in motion for it. Good luck!
