Can you explain if the following is True or False?

1. Capsules are 50% better gripped than Tablets?
2. Vegetable capsules are 50% better absorbed than gelatin capsule?
3. Magnesium stearate suppresses the immune system?
4. Magnesium stearate hinders the absorption of nutrients?
5. Magnesium stearate is with the sole purpose added, so the processing machines run faster?
6. Magnesium stearate is hydrogenated cottonseed?
7. Silicon dioxide is common sand?
8. Binders, fillers or flowing agents are toxic?
9. Most B vitamins are made from coal tar?
10. Gelatin contains toxic preservatives?

Answer:    1) They're occupied faster... the overall absorption will vary depending on if you enjoy enough stomach acid to completely digest them.
2) Doubtful. Vegi-caps or regular cap are both a thin coating that are digested within a few minutes and the powder inside is released... the coatings resembling that don't affect absorbability of the ingredients.
3) No. Magnesium Stearate is a flow agent that the human body isn't able to break down... it doesn't negatively or positively impact your body at all, it of late helps to get the powder into the pill slickly
4) same as #3
5) see #3... it's putting it into the pills, not for the machine itself
6) It comes from a few different sources... most companies don't specify what source that the ingredient comes from, just that it is that pure ingredient. The source doesn't issue much except for allergies as all other components (like fats and anything not segment of the ingredient) would be removed.
7) Silicon Dioxide is sand... and glass... and silica gel... there are several things it can be and respectively have different properties. It's like how coal and diamonds are one and the same molecules, just different structures.
8) No, most aren't. Some could be, but those would be very, VERY low or questionable characteristic companies... no legit health-based company would knowingly poison their customers. "Binders" are commonly Calcium, "fillers" are commonly plant fibers (like grass) or rice flour, "flow agents" are normally Magnesium Stearate.
9) No. Brewer's Yeast is one of the cheapest, best, and safest sources of B vitamins... coal pitch isn't very easy to process anyway ;-)
10) No. Gelatin is like thing that's in Jell-O... it's simply made from collagen typically from pigs and cows. There's none of the blood or "dirty stuff" from those animals, so there's smaller number than a billion to one chance that there would be a problem next to the gelatin (aside from allergies, which is a whole other story)..
