Chinese Herbs/Medicine. Do they work?
Been considering switching to chinese herb pills for certain 'common' female problems. Do they really work?
Answer: Nope, it's total claptrap..
first off let me read aloud that I believe in traditional chinese medicine, I move about to acupucturists as needed and they compound a remedy in their in house "pharmacy". But buying from a chinese herb store or over the web to me is a no-no. It has been found that lots of the chinese remedies are mixed near good old big pharma prescription drugs to enhance the result and they do not account these drugs in the ingredients. I do not trust the chinese suppliers anymore. I do trust that my acupuncturist knows her source of unprocessed material and so that is the singular place I will ever get a chinese remedy from. many of you responders who get good results could have gotten drug lace chinese remedies. Yes they work and I have tried both the herbs that the Chinese doctor prescribes an you call for to boil the herbs your self ( the taste can be horrid to take but they do work ).
But I now am a regular user of the rights medicines, most of them are cheaper than western medicine's and they work with no side affects.
if you walk to a Chinese Herbalist they may be able to give you a manufacturer brochure that will explain in English which pills are for what ailment?
GOOD LUCK.
Well, there's a reason why they enjoy a population crisis. Also, there's a reason why they have one of the oldest histories on soil. I would give them a shot. If they work, tell me give or take a few it! I could use the ease of that special time of the month. I use chinese herbs for my calorific 'you know whats 'and they work really well.
