Coffee enema...?

Used for cleansing the liver- esp. for general public who have gall bladder issues. Have you ever hear of this, or done this?? What do you think?

Answer:    Enemas only travel up element of the colon, so it won't help the gall bladder or liver.
Many do the coffee enemas short any long term side effects but just look out of conseqences.

Top 10 Dangers of the Coffee Enema
The dangers associated with the coffee enema, green tea enema, coffee colonic (coffee or tea big enema), and coffee or tea suppository are as follows:

Adding ingredients to the enema recipe (such as coffee, green tea, vinegar, baking soda, bath/epsom salt, or minerals) is not proven to do anything superior to the effects of plain saline.

Inserting anything into the anus may result in anal tear.
Re-used (instead of single use) enema kits may carry germs, which could result in an infection.

Use of hot liquid surrounded by the rectum could result in serious internal burns.

Extensive use of enemas could result in dehydration.

Overuse of coffee enemas could result surrounded by electrolyte imbalances.

The caffeine in the coffee or tea enema may head to caffeine addiction.

Caffeine enemas must be avoided by pregnant women and people with caffeine sensitivity.

Overuse of any type of device designed to temporarily excite the nerves of the colon (such as an enema, colonic, or suppository) could result within decreased function of the bowels.

The colonic does not magically remove cancer-causing toxins. It will create watery stool and stimulate the release of fecal concern from the last few inches of the lower bowel. Do not forgo licensed medical attention in favor of this terrifying alternative.

Still going to do a coffee enema? Minimize risks
If you insist upon performing this dangerous procedure, please consider the following minimum precautions for the at-home coffee enema or tea enema. Use a short-nozzle, single-use disposable kit and utilize copious amounts of personal lubricant jelly during insertion. Be sure that the coffee is room heat or cooler. Also, please minimize the amount of enemas that you perform; at an absolute maximum, do one enema every week to ten days.
Yes, I own heard of it though never tried it.

When a coffee enema is used, the caffeine from the coffee is preferentially absorbed into this system and go directly to the liver where it becomes a drastically strong detoxicant. It causes the liver to produce more bile (which contains processed toxins) and moves bile out toward the small intestine for elimination. This process seem to free up the liver to process more incoming toxic materials that have accumulated surrounded by the organs, tissues and bloodstream. The coffee does not go into the systemic circulation, unless the enema procedure is done improperly.

The coffee contains some alkaloids which also stimulate the production of glutathione-S-transferase, an enzyme used by the liver to craft the detoxification pathways run. It is pivotal in the formation of more glutathione, one of the leading conjugation chemicals, enabling toxins to be eliminated via the bile into the small intestine. So contained by other words, a coffee enema speeds up the detoxification process and minimizes the backlog of yet to be detoxified substances. You will need the following materials:

An enema pod or bucket
Personal lubricant jelly
A large stainless steel cooking pot
Organic coffee fully caffeinated, drip grind coffee - Do not use non-organic coffee
A source of filtered hose . Chlorinated water will destroy the intestinal flora inside your colon.
I've done a coffee enema on a monthly or so justification for years. I just simmer three cups of water next to four heaping tablespoons of coffee for about fifteen minutes, after allow to cool, strain, and mix with enough cool wet to make a quart of the appropriate temperature.

I ponder that it is effective for cleansing, though of course I haven't done any controlled study. It without a doubt has not harmed me. The only caveat next to enemas is that they should not be done daily for extended periods because they could get the colon cease to eliminate fluently. Periodic use for cleansing or limited daily use during fast is fine.

Coffee enemas are great..
Coffee enemas are also used to provide nutrition and painrelief for those suffering from the effects of chemo and radiation. As far as I know, this is the major reason for a coffee enema, not for cleansing the liver or brio bladder. Not sure how it would work on those organs other than speeding up the metabolism a bit.

My mother-in-law is recovering from colon cancer and ovarian cancer and this is what she used to help next to painrelief (it's the caffeine that provides pain relief)..
coffee enema is not gonna cleanse the liver or help the gallbladder..colon is full of microbes....it pretty much absorbs water(and sure the caffeine)....but doesn.t provide much health benefits.... Ridiculous argument. No way in hell it could work.
It is utter codswallop, just look at the pseudoscientific "explanation" some people furnish.

Nothing you eat, drink, or squirt up your A$$ will "cleanse" your liver. Nothing..
it must be bad Coffee it you hold to pour it in your a$$ instead of drinking it Yeah I've heard of it. But I enlighten you.. there's no way I'm drinking THAT coffee afterwards.
