Detox by soaking only feet with Epsom salt?
It's in good health known that Epsom Salt bath can support eliminate toxins from the body. If you don't take the saline bath, but only soak your foot in the epsom salt dampen, but more frequently than you would with a salt tub, will that give the same result or smaller quantity?
Answer: Baloney. You do NOT "remove toxins" with epsom salts. That is a myth and it is not supported by any science at adjectives.
You cannot "detox" with a salt tub. The salt does not get into the bloodstream and cannot "detox" anything..
The human body is surrounded by constant need of detoxification. If you take an Epsom saline bath, add at least possible 4-5 cups of Epsom Salts. Yes, using Epsom Salts in a foot bath help, but it is the exposure to the amount of skin is what counts here. And your feet just don't compare to the rest of your body.
And you won't overdose on a Epsom Salt hip bath, feet or otherwise. If you take too much internally, you will hold the runs..
Epsom salts do indeed remove toxins, but to remove toxins through the skin, the epsom salts want to contact as much of it as possible. Foot baths can be effective, but not much when compared to a full body soak. I think it will provide lesser results since the area directly exposed to the saline solution is not the same therefore the results won't be alike although the minerals will still be absorbed through the bloodstream..
Absolutely no idea if Epsom salt can eliminate toxins from your body but it does help near sore muscles and such I am sure it would be a great foot bath! You can overdose on magnesium, so be careful
