Answer: Make sure you buy the all right lavender oil for your purpose.
If it's just for burning contained by a room or for a bath, you can buy a cheaper one - like at Body Shop for example.
If it is for squeeze or inhalation or for taking internally, buy them at a pharmacy or at a health food store and check the quality.
Be aware that you inevitability to know the latin name and the properties of the lavender oil you buy. There are 5 different types on the open market. They all have different properties and one of them (Lavandula stoechas) is abortive and neurotoxic (damages your tentative system).
It is not necessary to demand life essential oils. The process of distillation does not allow heavy metals, chemicals from fertilizers or pesticides to extension up in the final product.
Do not use essential oils - of any sensitive! - if you are pregnant. Not even to burn in the room or in the hip bath water.

You don't inevitability the oil...Just go pop in any
garden and ask if you can have some lavender. Cut off the flower ends and lay on
a tray within the sun to dry. When dry, rub between your fingers until separated and then put in a small cotton pouch (either you hold made or you buy). Keep it under your pillowcase and yes, it is very relaxing. I love a short time ago the smell of lavender.
Another effective relaxer is get some hops
(any brewery have them, or Britain has a
lot of hops). Dry them out and do the same
as next to the lavender. Hops makes you
very sleepy..
I bought some at a strength food store. It was only around 15-20 dollars for a small 1 or 2 ounce bottle. Mix it near a carrier oil to manufacture it last longer. Usually the ratio for mixing oils is 1 section scented oil to 10 parts haulier oil. this may differ slightly with a mixture of carrier oils and strength of fragranced oil. Experiment with the mix to see the potency of the mixed oil. You can buy lavender oil from the Body Shop - I have it myself. I put a few drops of it within an oil burner and let it burn for an hour or so, and the smell linger for almost the whole day, it's great. The home fragrance grease is lb3.50, and well worth it..
If you're interested in a certified life lavender oil, I would suggest the 100% pure essential oils fro Frontier Natural products or from Mountain Rose Herbs. Both are completely good, reputable companies that sell a totally high quality product. You can go and get it a health food stores, at least where on earth I live, but I don't know how much it would cost. Some of the aromatic oils are rather expensive, IMO. Good luck..

you can attain it at whole foods, it's like $15 i get mine at bath & body for $10 and it worked well.
