Do you drink your own urine?
Im serious, ethnic group drink there own urine for better health. Just look at this site www.skepdic.com/urine.html, it dialogue about urine therapy. So is their anyone out their that know give or take a few this and what do you think? Or is there anyone that would??

It is part of Ayurvedic medicine, the traditional Indian cultural "healing" practice that includes yoga, purges etc.
Urine is in actual fact sterile...it is completely safe to drink. It consists of water and nitrogen dribble away, in the form of urea, as well as any other hose down soluble waste products filtered by the kidney. If you drank nil but urine you would die of kidney failure and dehydration.
It has completely no "health" benefits whatsoever, that is mystical nonsense..
You can drink you're own urine, but you own to drink it right away before it gets contaminated by microbes and other pathogens. People in the desert who are dying of thirst drink their own urine to stay alive. However, why would anyone want to drink urine when there is without blemish good water. I know the practice existed and currently exists beside some people. I don't see how it could be of any benefit since it's already been through your body once and is only just basically waste product. And I can't create in your mind that would be good for relationships. I'll settle for just taking a multi-vitamin..
At one time, doctors taste patients urine to test for different things. Never heard of in reality drinking it. But you can survive if you are lost in the woods with no hose down by drinking your own urine. You can't drink it more than 3 times or you will die.. Yes, I hear it from time to time from some patients. I still keep an open mind, but relatively frankly, there are far more effective and more sanitary technique of living a healthy life than drinking urine. Let's reclaim that for emergency cases only, shall we?.
i believe urine is supposed to come out of the body ,not go contained by to it!Never heard of that. Would you eat your own sh#$?prob not, but perchance there is sh$# eating psychotherapy too. I'd look into that some more. Gross! Urine contains all of the toxins your kidneys filter out of your body. That would be bad for you. There is no microbes in it, it is completely sterile..
The practice goes passageway back. Nothing to it. In fact some ancestors actually inject it. Its sounds really gross to me, isnt urine part of your bodies gamble away material, why not eat poo!!.
