Answers:    yeah they're right.. i wouldn't bother.. i took a load of nutmeg, it does affect you but not okay.. pupils got dillated, saw some white dots.. felt a bit sick.. oh and really don't drink coffee with it..im not sure if the caffiene's what did it but i be freaking out ('nother bad side affect) because my heart was beating really damn nifty.. i thought i was having a heart attack.. according to wikipedia this was possibly an 'impending sense of doom'...
simply, i assume most legal highs are just wubbish.

I once tried smoking nutmeg cos someone told me you can win mashed on it, however it tasted disgusting and acheived nothing.

I'd stick to not permitted highs if I were you, you know they're gonna work properly.

there are lots of trial highs just not herbal:

salvia well thats herbal but thats not your every time pot smoking stuff

painkillers, drank, etc get a prescription. or robitussin you can just buy over the counter etc
