Does anybody know of any herbal remedies (available in Ireland) for dealing with stress?

I'm consciousness tired and stressed and would just like something colloquial to perk me up. Anybody ?

Answer:    Most things that are recommended for stress (like Valerian and Chamomile) aren't exactly "perky." Rescue Remedy is great for anxiety, without any sleepy side effects.

B-12 and ginseng are good for fatigue..
MARIJUANA Bachs Rescue Remedy is available surrounded by Ireland - I am sure you can get it in Boots and other herbal shops.
Rhodiola Rosea is excellent for chronic tiredness and 5htp is virtuous for stress. You can buy 5htp at the health food store, but you might be better off order the Rhodiola Rosea off the internet as they normally one and only sell the ordinary Rhodiola at the robustness food stores. You must get the Rosea variety as that's the one that have performed best in clinical trials.

I also lift a Magnesium supplement and the vitamin Bs are good for general restless system functioning.

My panic attacks stopped when I cut out ALL caffeine - even in tea.

Hope you consistency better soon .
Ginsing is really good for perking you up but if your stressed go for a heat up bath before bed and join some lavender oil to your bath as all right as a bit to your pillow and you will feel fantastic in the morn..the ginseng will whip a few days to kick start you but make sure to bring back a high strength one i.e. 750mg for it to be effective.
Enjoy and devout luck! Jog three miles per day.

You'll sleep better, it produces endorphins which makes you happier, you may loose counterbalance, you will be calmer.

I think the bottom column is that when you're a little fatigued you don't have the spirit to be anxious..
If you kiss the blarney stone you'll get the contribution of the gab Breathing exercises (Pranayama), if practised regularly will alleviate stress.

if you have any question contact me Cutting caffeine and sugar will help, but there is so much more you could do. adding up fruits, veggies, and other good foods are good for overall strength and nutrition, which might help reduce stress indirectly.
