Does anybody know the 3 ingredients from the UTI report to gain rid of bladder infections?

Does anybody know what these secret three grocery items are? I'm quite skeptical about them..
Answers:    No but near a science and health background I can attempt a guess.

I think it could pretty much follow a three pronged approach along these lines:

§ a colloquial antibiotic
§ a natural probiotic
§ a natural agent that boosts both the antibiotic and probiotic effects.

§ natural antibiotic --- I give attention to this would be grapefruit seed extract as this is one of the most potent natural antibiotics available. It is being used contained by some US hospitals to help in the fight and control of super-bugs.

§ crude probiotic --- TI think this would be Lactobacillus acidophilus or a combination of L. acidophilus with other gut friendly micro-organisms, because most urinary-tract pathogens originate surrounded by the intestines.

§ natural agent that boosts both the antibiotic and probiotic effects ---- Cranberry juice extract. This acts to stop any germs still present from sticking to the bladder wall, whilst grapefruit seed extract is getting to work to kill off pathogens, and L. acidophilus is getting to work to reboost the friendly colonies contained by the gut.

Make sure you drink lots of filtered pure water when under any treatment regime for UTIs. Take a perfect quality multivitamin containing vitamins A, C, E and the B vitamins and preferably minerals too. Drink atringent teas that act as a diuretic to help preserve the system flushed, such as green tea or nettle tea (the latter in particular and is also caffeine free). The supplement Horsetail ( Equisetum arvense ) is also great for the health of the bladder. It is diuretic within action and helps with re-healing of dog-eared or inflamed urinary tract tissue. The herb Crateva can help if there is a problem with bladder tone, such as the urge for frequent urination that be evident prior to taking astringent/diuretic herbs.

This is only guesswork. I am not affiliated surrounded by any way with the UTI Report team, nor hold I read the report. I am not a medical doctor either.
