The Organon written by Samuel Hahnemann is really what homeopathy is based on, its not an easy read though. There are a mixture of modern versions available..

To ask about a "Code of Conduct" surrounded by Homeopathy, one has to also ask about a code surrounded by the medical Doctor's practice as well.
I'm not sure what you are asking, but I'm sure there dedication to salutary and natural cures are far more than Medical Doctors.
