Chakra opposite isn't a long term thing, it singular balances & aligns them briefly, then they will revert put a bet on to their accustomed state (same way as muscles if you change your posture).
You want to repeat the excercise often & gently, and look at the underlying mete out of the imbalance in demand to correct it.
"Negative Energy" is usually self accumulated & it causes the disparity in the chakra system, so in command for the chakras to maintain balance, the "refusal energy" needs to be healed from inside.

It's the other way around.
Healing the -nrg can help to restore match to the chakras..
ive never heard of the pendant, but unless the overhanging is comprised of crystals associated with the 7 chakras, carefully aligned appropriately, then i dont think it will later very long. You guys realise that there is no such things as chakras or glum energy. right?.
